Onsite Interactive Multi Day Workshops

  • Unlimited number of participants
  • All materials created will be provided to client

Workshop 1: Sales and Marketing Company Presentation Review (Customer Level):

  • Multi-day workshop for market study and sales meeting preparation (minimum 2 days, extendable depending on needs)
  • Content: Day one: workshop 6 – 8 hour session review, presenting, repositioning of concept/product/service/technology, modifying any necessary slides & going back to presenting. Identifying, contacting and scheduling at least one live market presentation.
  • Participate in a potential customer presentation assuming a “company role” (e.g. biz dev executive, local sales representative, VP of sales, etc.)
  • (Optional) feedback collection – meeting note analysis, post-meeting phone call/email
  • Output: Report of summary of meetings with suggested presentation improvements and changes in strategies for follow-on presentations

Workshop 2: Investor Company Presentation Review (Investor Level):

  • Multi-day workshop for investor presentations (minimum 2 days, extendable depending on needs)
  • Content: Day-One workshop 6 – 8 hour session review, presenting, repositioning of current investor presentation including vision, market opportunity, value prop, concept/product/service/technology, modifying any necessary slides & going back to presenting. Identifying, contacting and scheduling at least 1 live potential investor presentation
  • A cycle of presenting, discussion & refine/modify, presenting
  • (Optional) Participate in a potential investor presentation as tactical consultant
  • feedback collection – meeting note analysis, post-meeting phone call/email
  • Output: minimum: an investor-ready presentation, and optionally, refine the presentation and determine potential FAQ- answers to investors
